Make an Appointment

If you have a problem which is life threatening, dial 999 immediately.

If you are unsure whether or not you need to see a doctor, NHS 111 is also available for advice. You can also speak to your local pharmacist for help with minor illnesses.

Patients are able to book appointments via our online services, if you would like to use this system, please register. If you would not like to use this service, you can request an appointment through our consulting room.

Appointments may be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. If the person you wish to see is not available, you will be offered an appointment with some-one else.

Please do not present to the practice expecting an appointment there and then; if you feel that your condition is Urgent and needs dealing with on the day, please call the Practice and ask for a telephone call with the Duty Doctor. We do not proved a walk-in service.

Improved Access Clinics

Improving Access to General Practice: Evening and Weekend appointments are now available

Bramblys Grange Medical Practice now works with Crown Heights Medical Centre and Odiham and Old Basing Health Centre as part of a primary care collaborative group (Mosaic Healthcare) to provide Improved Access appointments between 6:30pm to 8:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.

Patients who are registered at this practice can now book an appointment to see a GP or nurse on weekday evenings (after 6.30pm) or at the weekends. Appointments will either take place at this practice or at another NHS setting nearby.

As well as the pre-bookable appointments now available Monday to Saturday, from October 2018, pre-bookable appointments will be available with a healthcare professional on Sunday mornings from 09:00 – 13:00 and on bank holidays.

These appointments will be held at the North Hampshire Urgent Care premises on the Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital site.

The appointments are pre-bookable only, through the practice. To book you can either speak to a member of our reception team by popping into the practice or by calling the surgery on 01256 467778 during normal practice hours.

Telephone advice

At Bramblys Grange Surgery we offer urgent and non- urgent telephone consultations with the GPs.

If you feel you need urgent advice, you may speak to a member of our triage team on the day. Contact the surgery and request a telephone consultation with the duty team.

When you contact us you will speak first to one of our reception team. Receptionists provide an important link for patients with the practice and are your initial contact point for general enquiries. They can provide basic information on services and results and direct you to the right person depending on your health issue or query.

Receptionists make most of the patient appointments with the GPs and nurses, please give them any information they ask you so that we can help you as quickly as possible. All information is treated in total confidence. This information is vital as it will allow our duty triage team to prioritise their calls.

Please be aware that our receptionists can only offer you the appointments we have available.
