Test Results
We will contact you by telephone, text message or by letter, only if a result is abnormal and you require treatment or further investigations. You will not be contacted if your result is normal.
You can view your test results via your NHS app, just ask reception for access or you can call 01256 467 778 after 2:30pm. The reception team will give results to you, or you may be asked to book a telephone appointment with a doctor. Results for patients over 16 will not be given to anyone other than the patient, except in exceptional circumstances.

Please note: The NHS App allows you to get registered without the need to visit the practice.
Through NHS app, you will also have the ability to Book or Cancel an Appointment, Request a Repeat Prescription, Change Personal Details and View your Medical Records without visiting the practice.
